At Marketplace Publishers, we are committed to providing high-quality publishing, printing, branding, design, marketing, and consulting services. This Warranty Policy outlines the limited warranties applicable to our products and services.

Service Quality Warranty

Marketplace Publishers warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

If a service is determined to contain an error directly caused by Marketplace Publishers, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional charge, provided notification is received within the applicable review period.

Print Product Warranty

Printed products are warranted against manufacturing defects, including:

• Printing errors caused by production processes

• Significant color deviations beyond industry standards

• Damaged products resulting from production defects

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

To submit a claim, customers may be required to provide:

• Order number

• Photographs of the issue

• Description of the defect

• Quantity affected

Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, reprint, or store credit at our discretion.

Design and Proof Approval

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.

Once a proof is approved:

• Spelling errors

• Grammar errors

• Incorrect information

• Formatting choices

• Content omissions

are considered approved by the client and are not covered under this warranty.

Publishing Services

Marketplace Publishers warrants that publishing services will be completed according to the agreed-upon service package.

However, we do not warrant or guarantee:

• Book sales

• Bestseller rankings

• Platform approval

• Distribution acceptance

• Marketing performance

• Media exposure

• Revenue generation

Publishing success depends on many factors outside our control.

Digital Products and Marketing Services

Because digital services are customized and often involve third-party platforms, Marketplace Publishers does not guarantee:

• Search engine rankings

• Social media engagement

• Advertising performance

• Lead generation results

• Website traffic levels

• Specific business outcomes

We warrant only that services will be performed professionally and according to the agreed scope of work.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Client-supplied errors

• Content inaccuracies provided by the client

• Copyright or trademark disputes

• Changes made by third parties

• Platform policy changes

• Customer misuse of products

• Normal wear and tear

• Acts of nature or events beyond our control

Limitation of Warranty

The remedies described in this policy are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the customer.

Marketplace Publishers' liability shall be limited to:

• Repairing the service

• Reprinting the product

• Replacing the product

• Issuing a reasonable credit

at the sole discretion of Marketplace Publishers.

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service:

2. Provide your order information and a description of the issue.

3. Submit any requested supporting documentation or photographs.

4. Allow our team a reasonable opportunity to review the claim.

Claims submitted after the applicable review period may not be eligible for warranty consideration.
